O Barbeiro

“Diz o néscio no seu coração: Não há Deus” (Sl 14.1).

“Um homem foi ao barbeiro. E enquanto tinha seus cabelos cortados conversava com ele, falando de sua vida e sobre Deus. Dali a pouco, o barbeiro incrédulo não agüentou e falou: - Deixa disso meu caro, Deus não existe! Se Deus existisse, não haveria tanta gente passando fome, sujos e vivendo na miséria. Olhe em volta e veja quanta tristeza. É só andar pelas ruas e enxergar. O homem questionou o barbeiro: - Essa é sua forma de pensar? - Claro! Respondeu o barbeiro. O homem pagou o corte de cabelo e foi saindo, quando encontrou um homem maltrapilho, sujo, cabeludo e barbudo sentado do lado de fora da barbearia. Não agüentou, voltou para dentro do salão e disse para o barbeiro: - Sabe de uma coisa, eu não acredito em barbeiros. Eles não existem! – Como assim? Questionou o barbeiro. O homem explica: Sim! se existissem barbeiros, não haveria tanta gente de barba e cabelo compridos como aquele homem ali na porta. O barbeiro tentou se justificar! – Ora, eles estão assim porque querem! Se desejassem mudar, viriam até mim! O Homem apenas respondeu: - Há agora você entendeu!”

- Amados, este salmo descreve a degeneração dos ímpios e ensina que a raça humana está, pela sua própria natureza, alienada de Deus (Ef 2.2,3). Paulo cita os três primeiros versículos deste salmo para reforçar a verdade que "todos pecaram e destituídos estão da glória de Deus" (Rm 3.23). O néscio ou insensato é aquele que vive como se Deus não existisse. O néscio expressa de duas maneiras a sua rebelião contra Deus:

1º) Rejeita a revelação de Deus, porque não crê no que a Bíblia diz a respeito dEle. Despreza os princípios morais da Palavra de Deus e depende do seu próprio intelecto para estabelecer a diferença entre o certo e o errado.

2º) Não busca a Deus, nem o invoca em oração, por sua presença e ajuda. Sendo assim, vivem na sujeira do pecado. Muitos que dizem crer em Deus, dizem apenas de “boca”, mas agem como se Ele não existisse. Portanto, não seja... Crente “de boca” e néscio de coração. Creia, Deus existe e esta atento as suas necessidades e problemas.

The Barber

"The fool says in his heart, There is no God" (Ps 14.1).

"A man went to the barber. And while he had his hair cut talk with him, talking about his life and about God. After a while, the barber did not stand incredulous and said: - Come on my dear, God does not exist! If God existed, there would be many people going hungry, dirty and living in misery. Look around and see how much sadness. Just walk the streets and see. The man asked the barber: - This is your way of thinking? - Sure! Answered the barber. The man paid for the haircut and was leaving when he met a man ragged, dirty, hairy, bearded man sitting outside the barbershop. Let go, went back inside the hall and said to the barber: - You know something, I do not believe in barbers. They do not exist! - How so? Questioned the barber. The man said: Yes! if there were barbers, there would be many people with beards and long hair like that man over there at the door. The barber tried to justify it! - Now they are so because they want to! If they wanted to switch, would come up to me! The man only answered: - There now you got it! "

- Beloved, this psalm describes the degeneration of the wicked and teaches that the human race is, by its very nature, alienated from God (Ephesians 2.2,3). Paul quotes the first three verses of this psalm to reinforce the truth that "all have sinned and fall of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23). The fool or a fool is one who lives as if God did not exist. The fool are two ways to express their rebellion against God:

1) It rejects the revelation of God, why not believe what the Bible says about Him. He despises the moral principles of God's Word and depends on your own intellect to distinguish between right and wrong.

2) Do not seek God, nor relies on prayer for their presence and help. Thus, living in the filth of sin. Many who claim to believe in God, just say "mouth", but act as if he did not exist. So do not be ... Believer "mouth" and foolish heart. Believe God exists and is attentive to their needs and problems.
